Thank you for shopping with E2 Prints. All of our products are produced using 3D printing technology and are made specifically to order. Because of this, we maintain a strict no-returns policy.


Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

All sales are final once an order is placed. This includes:

  • Made-to-order and custom 3D printed products

  • Standard product listings printed on demand

  • Digital files (if applicable)

  • Sale or discounted items

Due to the custom and on-demand nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, including changes to:

  • Design files or specifications

  • Dimensions or measurements

  • Materials or colors

  • Shipping address


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or contains a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, message us through the Contact Us page with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After review, we may, at our discretion:

  • Reprint the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund

This policy applies only to defects or damage and does not override our no-returns policy.


3D Printing Characteristics

Please note that 3D printed items naturally include minor variations. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements:

  • Visible layer lines or surface texture

  • Minor color or finish variations

  • Small dimensional tolerances

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.


Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim if applicable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are outside of our control.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.


Policy Agreement

By completing a purchase on E2 Prints, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy and acknowledge that you understand all sales are final.
